Description

NA This is a resubmittal of the synopsis isued 2/14/2002. Proposals are due 8/8/2002: The Army requires a contract for Leader Skill Enhancement Program (LSEP). The purpose of the Leader Skill Enhancement Program (LSEP)is to provide an on-duty educational p rogram for Non-Commissioned Officers for their professional development as trainers, supervisors, leaders, and managers. All services shall be provided at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. Training may occasionally be required at remote sit es. In order to be responsive an offeror must be recognized by the Council on Recognition of Postsecondary Accreditation (CORPA) and the Department of Education (DOE). Recognition means to have been evaluated by the bodies mentioned and to have met levels of quality and performance acceptable to those bodies. The proposed contract shall commence on or about 1 July 2002 with four additional one (1) year options to extend the terms of the contract. The NAICS Code is 61143. This acquisition is 100 % unrestr icted. The size standard is $5 million. This solicitation will be posted on the Internet only. No hard copies will be available.
