Description

The work consists of constructing approximately 1,500 linear feet of new road. Work includes clearing and grubbing, excavating and placing material, hauling and stockpiling material, installing 18 and 24 inch diameter culvert pipe, riprap, crushed aggregate road base, hot mix, seeding, fertilizing and mulching. This solicitation includes an option that allows for increased quantities not to exceed fifty percent (50%) of the total contract price. Project site is located in Douglas County, Roseburg District, Oregon. This solicitation will not be posted electronically, interested parties must request a copy via e-mail at or952mb@or.blm.gov, fax 503-808-6312, or phone 503-808-6359. Project price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Estimated start work is June 1, 2003 and performance time is 75 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: 20%; Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 100%. Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns is applicable. Estimated issue date is July 31, 2002.
