Description

The National Park Service (NPS), Columbia Cascades Support Office, is soliciting quotations from qualified firms to provide all labor, tools, and equipment for a 1-inch (micro-overlay) hot mix asphalt application to all of the existing pavement at Marcus Island Campground in the Kettle Falls District of Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area . Work includes all roadways at various widths, parking areas, and campsite parking pads. All work to be done in accordance with the scope of work, amd for verifying all quantities and measurements. The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov website on or about July 31, 2002. TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This request for quotations (RFQ) is issued pursuant to Public Law 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, and is open to all concerns, regardless of size. The NAICS Code is 234110. It is anticipated the Government will award a firm fixed price contract to the low, responsive, responsible offeror. Quotations will be due by 4:30 p. m. on August 30, 2002. The Government estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000.
