Description: The work consists of constructing a one-story 4,340 SF office building to include site work, concrete, masonry, metals (including structural steel, steel joists and deck), woods and plastics, thermal and moisture protection (including CSPE membrane roofing and exterior insulation and finish system), doors and windows (including aluminum storefront), finishes, specialties (including toilet partitions and accessories), furnishings (including casework and blinds), plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire protection system and incidental related work.
