- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Virginia Contracting Activity on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency, request for quotations are to produce a training course for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security officials course. The objective of the contract is to provide contractor support to instruct SCI security subjects, coordinate and facilitate the operations of the SCI Security Officials Training Program. The primary contractor responsibility shall be able to instruct the core course (8 day resident course), mobile course (4 day course held on-site at various locations worldwide (CONUS and OCONUS), and on-line computer based training. A Fixed-Price award will be issued to the offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government (Best Value), on the basis of technical approach, SCI Security experience, experience in instructing and SCI cleared or clearable personnel. Companies must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) to be eligible to receive a DoD contract. Registration can be accomplished at the following URL: http://www.ccr2000.com. Prospective offerors are highly encouraged to correspond via e-mail, if possible. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 01-06. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offerors should submit their responses IAW the directions in the attached RFQ document. The Request for Quotation includes the Statement of Work can be accessed at this site under MDA908-02-Q-0191. Hand-carried proposals ? offeror should notify me at least one (1) day in advance so arrangements can be made.
