Description
The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) requires a variety of RSMS 4G Low Noise Amplifiers. These low noise amplifiers must be received on or before September 30, 2002. All of these amplifiers must be supplied by only one vendor. The amplifiers must have terminations of 50 Ohms with SMA female Connectors and meet the following specifications: 1) 2 each with Frequency range (Ghz) of .5 - 1; Gain (dB) minimum of 16.0; Noise figure(dB) max: 0.7; Output power (dBm) min +10.0; Nominal DC power (+15V, mA): 100.0; VSWR IN/OUT max: 2.0:1; Gain flatness (dB) max: 1.5. 2) 2 each with Frequency range (Ghz) of 1.0 - 2.0; Gain (dB) minimum of 16.0; Noise figure(dB) max: 0.7; Output power (dBm) min +10.0; Nominal DC power (+15V, mA): 100.0; VSWR IN/OUT max: 2.0:1; Gain flatness (dB) max: 1.5. 3) 2 each with Frequency range (Ghz) of 2.0 - 4.0; Gain (dB) minimum of 23.0; Noise figure(dB) max: 0.6; Output power (dBm) min +8.0; Nominal DC power (+15V, mA): 100.0; VSWR IN/OUT max: 2.0:1; Gain flatness (dB) max: 1.0. 4) 2 each with Frequency range (Ghz) of 4.0 - 8.0; Gain (dB) minimum of 20.0; Noise figure(dB) max: 0.9; Output power (dBm) min +5.0; Nominal DC power (+15V, mA): 80.0; VSWR IN/OUT max: 2.3:1; Gain flatness (dB) max: 2.0. 5) 2 each with Frequency range (Ghz) of 8.0 - 12.0; Gain (dB) minimum of 25.0; Noise figure(dB) max: 1.0; Output power (dBm) min +10.0; Nominal DC power (+15V, mA): 120.0; VSWR IN/OUT max: 2.0:1; Gain flatness (dB) max: 1.0. 6) 2 each with Frequency range (Ghz) of 12.0 - 18.0; Gain (dB) minimum of 28.0; Noise figure(dB) max: 1.8; Output power (dBm) min +10.0; Nominal DC power (+15V, mA): 125.0; VSWR IN/OUT max: 2.0:1; Gain flatness (dB) max: 1.5. 7) 2 each with Frequency range (Ghz) of 18.0 - 26.5; Gain (dB) minimum of 33.0; Noise figure(dB) max: 1.9; Output power (dBm) min +8.0; Nominal DC power (+15V, mA): 200.0; VSWR IN/OUT max: 2.0:1; Gain flatness (dB) max: 1.5. 8) 2 each with Frequency range (Ghz) of .5 - 2.0; Gain (dB) minimum of 16.0; Noise figure(dB) max: 1.5; Output power (dBm) min +10.0; Nominal DC power (+15V, mA): 100.0; VSWR IN/OUT max: 2.0:1; Gain flatness (dB) max: 2.0. 9) 2 each with Frequency range (Ghz) of 2.0 - 18.0; Gain (dB) minimum of 28.0; Noise figure(dB) max: 3.0; Output power (dBm) min +13.0; Nominal DC power (+15V, mA): 185.0; VSWR IN/OUT max: 2.2:1; Gain flatness (dB) max: 1.5. 10) 2 each with Frequency range (Ghz) of 0.5 - 18.0; Gain (dB) minimum of 30.0; Noise figure(dB) max: 2.4; Output power (dBm) min +10.0; Nominal DC power (+15V, mA): 150.0; VSWR IN/OUT max: 2.0:1; Gain flatness (dB) max: 1.5. 11) 4 each with Frequency range (Ghz) of 18.0 - 26.5; Gain (dB) minimum of 31.0; Noise figure(dB) max: 2.5; Output power (dBm) min +10.0; Nominal DC power (+15V, mA): 175.0; VSWR IN/OUT max: 2.0:1; Gain flatness (dB) max: 2.0. It is not the intent of the Government to issue a separate solicitation for this requirement. Interested sources proposing to supply these items must submit a written qualification statement by fax, clearly establishing capability to meet the above requirements. Faxed quotes are acceptable and should be sent to 303-497-3163. Quotes are required on or before August 2, 2002.
