- Description
- The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intend to award under Sole Sources Sought Procedures, a firm fixed price award on a sole source basis to True Point Inc., 31 Old Shipping Barn Road, Fayetteville, Tennessee 37334. The Contractor shall furnish all the necessary services, qualified personnel, materials, equipment, and facilities, not otherwise provided by the Government, as needed to perform the requirements. Four major systems provide CMS analysts with the necessary tools to efficiently and effectively perform this responsibility they are, Contractor Administrative-Budget and Financial Management System, Contractor Administrative Financial Management System, Contractor Auditing and Settlements Report System, Contractor Reporting of Workload Data System. For performance of the work requirements for these systems the following skills must be demonstrated. Expert knowledge of the business requirements in the aforementioned systems; outstanding relationships with all the business owners and analysts; expert experience in M204 application development and M204 database analysis, design and management; expert knowledge of the file structures, key fields and elements contained in the data bases for these four systems; expert knowledge of dependencies and shared code between these four systems; an in-dept, expert knowledge of the business requirements and the intricate, complex program modules and data structures that comprise the cornerstone of all four systems?the Ad Hoc/Download feature; experience in linking these systems with other CMS systems; experience and expert knowledge of the business requirements, file formats and system requirements for electronically transferring fles from Medicare contractors to the aforementioned systems; first-hand expert knowledge of system intricacies and nuances for these four systems. The Government will consider interest expressed within 15 calendar days of publication of this notice.
