Description

X-Lease of Parking Spaces-The Department of Justice has a need for the lease of approximately one hundred and twenty-five (125) indoor parking spaces for the period of October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003 and may include up to four one-year options to extend the term of the contract. The spaces will be assigned to Department of Justice employees. There is a geographic restriction. The automobile entrance to any parking facility offered by the contractor must be located within the following zone: between 4th and 8th Street, and D and F Street, all in Northwest, Washington, DC. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available on or about August 7, 2002. The RFQ will be posted on the the General Service Administrations Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) web-site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The FBO site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including amendments will also be distributed through the FBO site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to assure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
