- Description
- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide all maintenance, repair and emergency service for the Casi-Rusco Card Access System, including software protection plan, located in Bldg. 215 at the Hines VA Hospital, Hines, Illinois. Anticipated period of performance is October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003 with four (4), one-year option renewal periods, at the Government?s discretion. Contract type is firm-fixed price. Anticipated award effective date is October 1, 2002. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about July 18, 2002. Contract award is subject to availability of funds. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/solicitation. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the GLAC Contact Point and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
