Description

Modification: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for brand name commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 333319 and the size standard is 500 employees. The commodities required for this acquisition are: 0001 4 each Stanley ? inch impact drills, P/N BR-6713016, NSN 3820-01-242-1440 __________ 0002 4 each Stanley post pullers, P/N PD48142, NSN 1710-01-468-8021 __________ 0003 4 each Stanley HPUs, P/N HP18299-M, NSN 4320-01-450-3557 __________ Brand name items are required for repair of the Mobile Aircraft Arresting System, all technical manuals specifically require these items. FOB Destination required within 12 weeks of receipt of order. Delivery and acceptance to occur at: F5SPCE 49 CE/CERF ? F5SPCE TSgt Glasmyer Building 49 Holloman AFB, NM 88330 The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - - Commercial apply to this acquisition. Evaluation of offers will be based on the ability to provide Brand Name items and on price. Offerors are advised to include a completed a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with their offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
