Description

Modification: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811310 and the size standard is $6,000,000 gross revenues. The services required for this acquisition are: Inspection and load testing of all base hoists in accordance with the Statement of Work. _______________ Offerors should provide an estimated schedule for completion of the requirement, based on date of award. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Offers will be evaluated on past performance and on price. Acceptance will occur upon completion of the required inspection and load testing by personnel from the following: F7SPCE 49 CE/CERF ? F7SPCE Mr. John Hamann or other designated personnel Building 55 Holloman AFB, NM 88330-5000 The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - - Commercial apply to this acquisition. Evaluation of offers will be based on the ability to provide Brand Name items and on price. Offerors are advised to include a completed a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with their offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
