- NA This project consists of construction of grading and earthwork, water distribution system, maintenance roads, public access improvements, habitat planting, wetlands, and gateway features. The project limit extends from Central Ave to 7th Street on north b anks and from 7th Street to Central Ave on the south bank. This solicitation is 100% 8(a) set-aside and is restricted to competition of 8a firms in the Arizona District of the Small Business Administration. The North American Industry Classification Sys tem (NAICS) is 23499, All Other Heavy Construction, Except Dredging and Surface Cleanup Activities, $28.5 M average annual gross revenue for the last three (3) fiscal years. Estimated cost range of the Project is over $10,000,000. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 01, 2002. The Government intends to issue this solicitation and all amendments through the use of the Internet. No additional media (CD ROM?s, Floppy Disks, Faxes, or paper) will be provided unless the Government det ermines that it is necessary. Contractors may view/download this solicitation and all amendments from the Internet after the solicitation issuance at the following Internet address:http;//ebs.spl.usace.army.mil. All bidders are required to check the Los Angeles District Contracting Division website daily to be notified of any changes to this solicitation. All Contractors are encouraged to visit the Army?s Single Face to Industry website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ to view other business opportunities across the Army. Bidders must be registered with the Central Contractor Reigistration (CCR), in order to receive a Government Contract award.
