Description

NA This is a pre-solicitation notice for the Operations, Maintenance and Repair of Wastewater Treatment Facilities and Components for a base year with seven one-year option periods available. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment tools, transportation and supervision necessary to ensure continuous operation, preventive maintenance and emergency repair on Wastewater Collection and Treatment Systems (WCTS) at U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, Arizona. All work shall be perform ed in accordance with contract requirements, relevant drawings, schedules and referenced publications. (WCTS) are located throughout (USAYPG) in a desert environment. It is anticipated that payments will be made by Government Visa Credit Card. The North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) is 22132 with a size standard of $5M. This acquisition is a 100% set aside for small business concerns using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, Part 13, Simplifie d Acquisition Procedures and Part 15.3, Contracting by Negotiation, Source Selection. All interested parties may obtain a copy of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) on the following web site: www.yuma.army.mil/contracting on or before 19 July 2002. The complete solicitation package will be available Monday July 22, 2002 on the above web site. A site visit is scheduled for Thursday July 25, 2002 at 8:00 AM mountain standard time (MST) at Building 2100, USAYPG. If you plan on participating in this acquisit ion you are required to provide your name, address, phone number and e-mail address for notification of amendments. All proposals shall be clearly marked with the Solicitation number and e-mailed to Jackie.Wengstrom@yuma.army.mil or Fax number (928) 328-6 849 no later than 4:00 P.M. MST 8 August 2002.
