Description

The Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) requires the services of a private vendor to provide technical assistance for the Federal Grant Closeout Project and Document Inventory and Archiving Project of expired grants issued under the North American Wetlands Conservation Act in the U.S. and Canada. Grant closeouts shall be conducted in accordance with procedures and requirements as specified in OMB Circulars A-102, A-110, FWS policies and guidelines. Knowledge of Title 49, part 24, of the Code of Federal Regulations, which govern the acquisition of real property for Federal programs is required. Solicitation No. 982102R033 will be available on or about August 1, 2002. Interested firms should submit a request for the solicitation in writing to the attention of Nedra Stallone, Contracting Officer, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Division of Contracting and Facilities Management, 4401 N.
