Description

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) intends to hold a limited competition with lead center Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) to receive contracts in accordance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1998, under the Small Business Act, Section 21 ( c ) (3) (T), 15 U.S. C 648 ( c) (3) (T) (Title IX of Public Law 105-277. The Act authorizes SBDCs to provide information and assistance to small businesses seeking to establish dreg-free workplace (DFWP) programs. NOTE: All questions regarding this acquisition must be written and mailed to the address indicated in this notice. The Contracting Officer will not except faxed or emailed proposals.
