Description

The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting for an upgrade to, or replacement of, our existing Helitune Rotortuner Dash 5 vibration analyzer systems. One contract will be awarded to the offeror that provides the best value to the Coast Guard, considering price, price related factors, technical, and past performance. All components shall be shipped to U. S. Coast Guard, Aircraft Repair and Supply Center, Elizabeth City, NC 27909-5001. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Solicitation release date is anticipated to be, 30 Jul 2002 and proposals must be received by 30 Aug 2002, 3:00 p.m. (EST). Requests for solicitation must be in writing, facsimile requests may be submitted to (252) 335-6790. Telephone requests will not be honored. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs)! The Department of Transportation (DOT), Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivables for transportation related contracts.
