Description

NA Solicitation DAHA51-02-T-0037, DUE 05 Aug 2002, The Alaska Air National Guard has a requirement for a Hose Fitting Kit and a Puller Drogue. This is a combine synopsis/solicitation for equipment in which the government intends to issue a sole source contrac t under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Sargent Fletcher Inc., 9400 E. Flair Drive, El Monte, Ca (626) 402-2000. Firms that believe they can provide similar required items must provide supporting evidence to the Contracting Officer that they can meet all s pecifications and can furnish these items. Reference solicitation # DAHA51-02-T-0037, when submitting a written inquiry on this requirement. NOTE: This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/request for quotation and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation incorporates the following provisions by reference, FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. Required delivery is to the Alaska Air National Guard, Anchorage, Alaska. Price for freight should be submitted as FOB Destination or FOB Origin as a separate line item.
