Description: NA Construct new 70,680 SF Readiness Center/Armory Annex Facility for the Idaho Army National Guard, Gowen Field, Boise, Idaho. Work includes but is not limited to administrative spaces, general storage, secure storage, weapons vaults, locker rooms, communic ations center, 300 person auditorium and elevator. Magnitude of construction is $5M to $10M. Solicitation package available on or about August 6, 2002. Construction time is 540 days. THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE.
