Description

The project consists of the continuation of building construction resulting in a maintenance facility that is complete and ready for occupancy at the Necedah National Wildlife Refuge, W7996 20th Street West, Necedah, Wisconsin 54646. The shell of the building has already been constructed and this work shall finish the construction of the maintenance shop, complete and ready for occupancy. Work includes interior framing and finishes; mechanical and electrical systems; septic system; buried water lines; and all appurtenant work as specified and shown on the contract documents. The magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000,000. This is procurement issued unrestricted with regards to business size under Public Law 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 2333310, Manufacturing and Building Construction, with a size standard of $28.5M. The solicitation package will be available free of charge approximately August 2, 2002, with bid opening scheduled for September 4, 2002.
