Description

Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, and perform all work in connection with the construction of up to eight (8) miles of 5 strand barbed and barbless fence at the National Wildlife Refuge's boundary fence located at the eastern side of the Refuge. The terrian on the Refuge is rocky and mountainous with variable topography (flat sandy washes and steep rocky hills; North areas mostly flat, South areas mostly rolling hills.) most of the line is near a road accessed by walking, except the extreme south, those limiting access to some job sites only by 4X4 truck, ATV's or walking.
