Description: Furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supplies to construct a 3,430 sf wood-frame, office, storage and garage building including septic system, wood trussed roof system, interior finishes, plumbing, HVAC and electrical power and lighting, at the Little Pend Oreille National Wildlife Refuge near Colville, WA.
