Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to procure two Telemetry Source Selectors. The Telemetry Source Selectors are necessary to take several telemetry signals coming from various locations and automatically selecting the signal with the strongest clean signal. This greatly increases the reliability of telemetry data collected and reduces or eliminates data drop out during a test. The Telemetry Source Selectors need to have the following characteristics: Supports 24 Data Sources; Input: 24 each NRZ-L Data and Clock inputs, TTL, Single-ended 75 Ohm; Outputs: 12 each, NRZ-L, Data and Clock outputs, TTL, Single-ended, 75 Ohm; External Display Outputs: 6 each, RS422; 1 Each 10baseTDiscrete Status Outputs; 24 Each, FSTU lock status, TTL, Single-ended; Peripherals: internal CD-Rom and 9Gb SCSI disk; Power 115 VAC, 60 Hz, 6Amp; and Must fit a Standard 19 inch EIA Rack. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number N68936-02-T-0209 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and its incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2002-03. All offerors shall submit proposals in writing to Commander, Attn: Barbara J. Hall, Code 220000D, Bldg 000982, Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA 93555-6100 by 1400 local time 24July 2002. The NAICS Code is 334220 and the Size Standard is 750 employees for this procurement. The purchase order has a DPAS rating of DO. The resulting purchase order will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) type contract for two (2) units. Offerors shall submit unit prices for CLIN 0001: Telemetry Source Selector. Packaging and marking shall be in accordance with commercial practices. Inspection and Acceptance shall be at Destination. Delivery shall be FOB Destination in accordance with FAR Clause 52.247-34. Place of Delivery shall be the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA 93555-6100. Time of Delivery shall be in accordance with 52.211-8 and shall be no later than 20 September 2002.
