Description

Services to provide necessary labor, material and equipment on an as-need basis to remove/encapsulate and dispose of asbestos and lead under emergency and non-emergency conditions. Work will be required for all type of asbestos and lead removal conditions and locations. Locations include but not limited to offices, military housing, supply areas, warehouses, crawl spaces under buidlings, etc. Asbestos removal will be from but not limited to transite siding, floor tile, steamlines, celing tiles, air conditioning lines, boilers, etc. Reinsulation may be required after removal of asbestos containing material. Lead paint removal will be from but not limited exterior finishers, interior walls, floor finishers, ceilings, door and window frames. Contract period shall be Base Year with four (4) option years.
