Description

The Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with the University of Utah School of Medicine, 50 North Medical Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah 84132, to use data they previously collected, cleaned and cross-validated to provide reports regarding the readiness of the States to provide Trauma-EMS services. Negotiations with the University of Utah School of Medicine will be conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13, and are expected to result in a Purchase Order to The University of Utah School of Medicine who is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the work and services without substantial duplication of cost and delay in performance under authority in 41 U.S.C. 253 ? (1), as set forth in FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(I). This is not a solicitation and is for information only. A copy of the Justification for Other then Full and Open Competition is on file.
