- The Air Force Flight Test Center, Directorate of Contracting, Edwards Air Force Base California, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Tactical Communications Group, LLC, 900 Technology Park Drive, Billbirca, MA, 01821. The purchase order is to include Contract Line Item Number CLIN (1), one each, Link-16 Multi-Information Display System, Low Volume Terminal and F-15 Class II Terminal Rack, Model #PLINK16RACK. Vendor will be required to provide low volume terminal and work out the required interfaces with the actual terminals. All responsible sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by the AFFTC. Send information for technical evaluation to Yvonne Ambersley at the Air Force Flight Test Center, Directorate of Contracting, 5 S. Wolfe Avenue, Edwards AFB, CA, 93524, by Thursday, August 8, 2002 at 2 pm, Pacific time.
