- NA Clearing and grubbing; stripping; subgrade preparation; retaining wall; aggregate subbase, base, bedding, and joint filler; compacted impervious fill; compacted granular base course; cast-in-place curbs and retainers; preparation of existing granular base course; bituminous prime coat; hot-mix asphalt paving; concrete pavers; concrete sidewalks; topsoil fill; site grading; and pavement striping. The estimated magnitude of the proposed procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000. Plans and Specifications w ill be provided on CD-ROM (Limit 1 CD-ROM per Firm); No paper copies will be provided by the Government.
