Description

The work involves: Cleaning the ventilation system at Boysen PP. Work shall include providing negative air containment where necessary, clean the horizontal and vertical duct work and air shafts, floor grills, wall vents, air handling units and wall louvers. The work will require coordination with Reclamation's Inspector and PP Supervisor regarding the timing of areas to be cleaned. Awardee must be a company who has done ventilation cleaning in the past and is familiar with this type of work. Contractor will be required to dispose of waste materials collected from cleaning of duct work etc. according to the Statement of Work. Location of work is: Boysen Powerplant approx 15 miles North of Shoshoni Wy along Hwy 20 in Fremont County. Request for Quotations (RFQ) packages are anticipated to be available about 8-6-02. Quotations should be received on or before 8-27-02, at the office of the Bureau of Reclamation, WY Area Office, 205 Chamberlain Rd, Mills WY 82644. You may fax a request for a RFQ package at 307-261-5691, atten: Gloria Womack. Work must be completed by 9-30-02.Before sending drawings to vendors, vendors must provide DUNs Number (Dun and Bradstreet) and TIN (Tax Identification Number) and telephone number and point of contact to the Contracting Officer. This acquisition will be awarded as a smal business set-aside. For this acquisition the Naic code is 561790 and the size standard is 5.0 milion.
