Description

The following is a modification to the previous synopsis which was posted 01 July 2002 for Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) Ambulance Services and Patient Transport Services for the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP), Virginia, Solicitation #N00140-02-Q-3099. The original requirement was for 240 Basic Quantity, 120 Option Quantity BLS transports and 240 Basic Quantity, 120 Option Quantity ALS transports, along with an additional mileage requirement of 1,000 Basic Quantity, 225 Option Quantity Miles. The requirement has been changed to 700 Basic Quantity, 120 Option Quantity BLS transports and 500 Basic Quantity, 150 Option Quantity ALS transports, along with 600 Basic Quantity, 225 Option Quantity Miles. These modified quantities are requested for the base period of performance of one (1) year, along with four (4) one-year option periods. The requirement is anticipated to commence 01 October 2002 or date of award, whichever is later. The response date has been changed from 19 July 2002 to 09 August 2002. All other terms of the original synopsis remain unchanged. Interested parties may download the RFQ upon its issuance from the following website: http://www.neco.navy.mil.
