Description: The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with BAE Systems Missions, under authority of FAR 6.302, a delivery order for the Weapon Assignment Model (WAM) for evaluation and analysis on or about 24 July 2002. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Numbered Note #22 applies.
