Description: NA This requirement is an 8(a) Competitive Requirement. Competition will be restricted to 8(a) firms certified for participation in the 8(a) Program who are serviced by the Hawaii District Office. Renovate work shall include but is not limited to the construction of interior offices, conference rooms, reception areas, break areas, mailroom, storage, restrooms, communication rooms, mechanical room, electrical room. Other work shall inlclude reconfig uration of utilities, electrical services, fire protection and alarm system, HVAC and handicap access.
