Description
Solicitation Number SP0450-02-R-5764, YPG02134000655, NSN 6830-01-370-6207, Tetrafluoroethane. Hazard Class/Division 2.2, I.D. No. UN3159. Label Required. NonFlammable Gas. Unit Qty Equals 19.4 KG (43 lb) Per Cylinder. Liquid Port of the Valve shall be securely Equipped with a Polypropylene Eduction Tube with the Bottom cut at a 45 Degree Angle. The Tube shall reach to within 1 inch of but not Touch the Bottom of the Cylinder. Cylinder Maintenance and Reconditioning: Treatment and Painting of Cylinders: Cylinder shall be color coded and stenciled Per MIL STD 101B for Refrigerant Gases. A Non-Metalic Dust Cap shall be placed on the Outlet of each valve. Solicitation is Unrestricted and Origin Inspection Required. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This Solicitation will result in a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for 2,000 cylinders, 110 Days ARO, destination SRU. The Solicitation will issue on August 8, 2002 with a closing date of August 29, 2002.
