Description

SYNOPSIS: The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the installation of an automated gate which includes the removal and disposal of one cantilever gate and accessories and install 30 linear feet of 7? high PVC coated chain link fence, installation of one 25? light pole and fixture, and two complete vehicular top hung, enclosed track, internal roller type cantilever sliding gate systems, and a complete communication, telephone entry access control system. The work shall be located at U.S. Coast Guard Station, New Orleans, LA. The performance period is twenty (30) calendar days from award date. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.00. Award will be made to the lowest responsible quoter. The anticipated award date is August 23, 2002. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program, and is open to large and small business participation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 235990, with a size standard of $12 million.
