Description

The USPS is soliciting contractors for indefinite quantity contracts for boiler-related work at various USPS facilities in the New England states and upstate New York. The contract will be for a term of one year with 4 one-year renewal options, exercised at the contracting officer's discretion. Work shall be issued in the form of work orders, figured against a unit price schedule supplied by the USPS and provided in the solicitation. The initial contract amount is $200,000, with additional increments of $200,000 not to exceed the contract maximum of $3,000,000. Contractors must show proof of having been in business for at least five years to be considered for award. For a solicitation booklet, please send a certified check or money order for $50.00 to Northeast Facilities Service Office, Attn: Catherine Delasco, 6 Griffin Rd. North, Windsor, CT 06006-0300. Proposals are due at the Northeast FSO by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 22, 2002.
