- Description
- The Veterans Health Administration (VHA)-Office of Information (OI) is conducting a sources sought for follow-on support services on a Firm Fixed Price basis for the Enterprise Project Management (EPM) project utilizing the PrimaVera TeamPlay product. During September 2001, VHA OI selected Primavera?s TeamPlay product to track its project costs, timelines and quality and has been implemented. VBA began piloting the TeamPlay product during June 2002. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks: 1. Providing support in structuring TeamPlay projects within the database to the OI project teams. 2. Providing support for refinements of system administration, configuration, and security parameters as they pertain to upgrading to TeamPlay Version 3.0. 3. Providing support in developing custom layouts and reports, including reports using the SDK tool. 4. Providing support in establishing project/activity codes and developing other mechanisms for ensuring that data can be rolled up in support of OI and VHA reporting requirements. 5. Providing support in refining best practice methodologies, developing internal web pages/layouts and creating customized dashboards. 6. Providing support in the merging of the VHA database and the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) database. This notice is not a request for offers. All responses from interested responsible sources will be considered. Responses must include sufficient documentation to allow this office to evaluate the possibility of your firm to submit a valid proposal. At a minimum offerors shall address its Knowledge of the VHA and VBA organizations; Knowledge of the TeamPlay structure; and, Available contractual vehicles. The determination to establish the solicitation method based on responses received is solely within the discretion of VA. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopses will be published. All responses must be submitted electronically within 5 calendar days of publication of this notice to Ruth Maggs at ruthie.maggs@med.va.gov.
