Description: NA Contractor shall fill government-owned medical gas cylinders for Brooke Army Medical Center, Ft. Sam Houston, TX for the period of 01 Oct 02 through 30 Sep 03, followed by four 12 month option periods. Pick-up and delivery of cylinders is required three t imes per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday). This acquisition will be processed under the commercial item procedures of FAR Part 12. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. All requests for this solicitation must be in writ ing and reference RFQ Number DADA09-02-T-0386.
