Description

It is the declared and acknowledged intention and meaning of this solicitation to provide air conditioning systems maintenance and emergency troubleshooting and repair at Naval Satellite Operations Command, Detachment Alpha, Prospect Harbor, Maine. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be a combination firm fixed price/indefinite quantity contract. ALL PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS MUST REGISTER IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION DATABASE PRIOR TO AWARD OF A CONTRACT. QUOTERS ARE FURTHER ADVISED THAT FAIURE TO REGISTER IN THE DOD CENTRALC ONTRACTOR REGISTRATION DATABASE MAY RENDER YOUR FIRM INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. Replies to this notice are requested from NAICS 23511, Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning contractors. This acquisition will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. The official access to the solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil on or about 08 AUG 02. This solicitation will be in electronic format only and all documents will be provided in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) files.
