Description

The U.S. Government is interested in leasing space within or near the Port of Brunswick, GA to facilitate access to the Commercial business interests which utilize the services of the U.S. Customs Service. REQUIRED: Approximately 3,294 Rentable Square Feet to yield approximately 2,865 BOMA usable square feet of office space, secure storage area, break room area, computer area, conference room, LAN/Telephone Room, Men & Women Locker rooms, and a Secure Seizure Room. Also required are 2 outside parking spaces. DELINEATED AREA: Gloucester Street from the intersection with Johnson Street, west to the East River. Newcastle Street from I street to George Street. area between I Street, George Street, and Newcastle Street to the East River. OTHER CONSIDERATIONS: Offerors should consider the costs for relocation, telecommunications and tenant improvements as well as the capability to provide alternate/backup power for the computer data center. Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenants alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy: This space is required on or before September 30, 2002.
