Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to replace HVAC and windows at U. S. Coast Guard Station Milford Haven, Hudgins, Virginia. Remove 14 double hung wood windows and replace with 14 new vinyl double hung windows; remove outdoor electric heat pump, concrete pad, attic air handling unit and associated thermostat and replace with new equipment; remove approximately 70 linear feet of gutters and downspouts and install approximately 138 linear feet of gutters and 54 linear feet of downspouts; install 6 new splashblocks; remove existing overhead door and replace with new. This procurement is estimated between $25K and $100K. This procurement is open to large and small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The Applicable SIC code is 1751/NAICS 235510. Completion time is 105 DANTP. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the agency.
