Description

17. Potential Sources Sought. The U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center (ELC) intends to solicit Custodial Services. Services shall be performed at the U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226. It is intended to issue a contract for a base year and four (4) option years. The effort is set-aside for 8(a) firms. Potential sources having the expertise and required capabilities shall submit such data discussing the same in duplicate within fifteen (15) days from the date of this announcement. No cost and pricing date is required. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the EPS systems for RFP release and all subsequent amendments. The date and time for receipt of proposals shall be specified in the RFP. The government does not intend to pay for the information solicited. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement mentioned above. Concerns that respond to this notice must fully demonstrate their capabilities to meet the requirements. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 561720 and the size standard is $14.0. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), the Department of Transportation (DOT), Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of liens or credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
