- Description
- The Sierra Pacific Network Consolidated Contracting Activity (CCA) is issuing a Commercial Item Request for Quotes in accordance with FAR 12.203, FAR 13, and FAR 15 to provide concrete and/or polypropylene/polyurethane grave liners at the San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery, 32053 West McCabe Road, Gustine, California 95322, a Department of Veterans Affairs facility within Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 21). The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies required to install contractor-furnished grave liners at the San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery. Contract period is October 1, 2002, or one year from date of award if subsequent thereto, through September 30, 2003, with four one-year renewal options. THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The following provisions and clauses apply plus any addenda: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items. NAICS Code is 327390. Electronic copies of the solicitation will be available on or about July 26, 2002 at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/solicitation?number=261-0226-02, or http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. HARD COPY SOLICITATIONS WILL NOT BE FURNISHED. No telephone or E-mail requests will be accepted. No web-based or faxed offers will be accepted. All amendments will be posted on the web site.
