Description

Work consists of but is not limited to furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary to repair and coat the standing seam roofs on Facilities 591, 592, 595, and 597 located on Grissom Air Reserve Base, Indiana. Work also includes painting of trim and fascia, replacement of lightning rods, replacement of gutters and downspouts and providing new flashing. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000 and is unrestricted. All responsible bidders must be CCR registered to be considered for award. The solicitation will be posted on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) on or about 9 August 2002, with a bid opening date of 12 September 2002 and can be accessed at www.eps.gov. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation nor planholders list. (SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS MAY OBTAIN PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION PACKAGE VIA WRITTEN REQUEST PURSUANT TO FAR 19.202-4(d)). Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring the EPS site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information, and for downloading their own copies.
