- NA PRON: AX246362AX, NSN: 1615-01-089-0441, PN: 70106-08104-041, Quantity: 615 each, applicable to the BLACKHAWK. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 200 each 405 Days After Contract Award (DAC A) and 200 each month thereafter until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 258 DACA. Required delivery without first article test is 200 each 270 DACA and 200 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This is 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Adequate technical data is available for this acquisition. All r esponsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closi ng dated stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item describ ed above are encouraged to identify themselves. This acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States.
