You may fax or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LS-C, Debra Scruggs, Contracting Officer, Phone: (256) 955-9198, FAX Number (256) 842-7638. No telepho ne request will be accepted. NSN: 1560-01-088-1709; 142 each, plus two years of 100% options per year; PRON AX2F0329; APN: 70209-07051-052; applicable to the (BE) UH-60. Required delivery with first article is 142 each 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA) . First Article Test Report due 228 DACA. Required delivery without first article 142 each 240 DACA. Deliveries are F.O.B. origin to New Cumberland, PA. The proposed contract listed herein is 100% set aside for small business. Offerors are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This acquisition contains technical data whose expo rt is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC SEC 2751 Et Seq) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC, App 2401-2402) Executive Order 121370. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government.? Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. ?By U.S. law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. Small Businesses, therefore, foreign requests f or this solicitation will not be honored.? All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by this agency. The closing date is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitat ion; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
