PRON: AX2F0348AX; NSN: 1615-01-074-5151; Quantity: Min 35 each / Max 435 each, 5 years of Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity; Part Number: 70357-08186-043 applicable to the UH-60 Blackhawk. This item is Restricted to the follow ing approved sources: Purdy Corp The (Cage Code 15152) and Fenn Mfg Co (Cage Code 82001)because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, e ngineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. Deliveries are FOB origin to Texarkana, TX. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Fir ms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by assessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. ?This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms E xport Control Act (Title 22, USC., Sec 2751 Et Seq) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government.?
