- NA The US Army Intelligence and Security Command, Fort Belvoir, VA announces its intentions to issue a Call against a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the purchase of the following brand name aircraft equipment to Universal Avionics System Corporation, 32 6 E. Universal Way, Tucson, Arizona. Item 0001: UNS1D, Navigation Computer Unit with UNS-1B trade-in allowance, Part Number 1190-31-111101. Quantity: 5 Each and Item 0002: Flat Panel Control Display Unit with SCDU trade-in allowance, Part Number 1018-2-210 . Quantity: 4 Each. NO PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS OR EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. This is a Notice of Intent. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to Mr. Lacy L. Hairston, Contract Specialist, CO MMANDER USAINSCOM, IAPC-DOC, 8825 Beulah Street, Ft.
