Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division intends to negotiate with Rockwell Collins on a sole source basis for Phase II of the CNS/ATM Program for the United States Navy (USN) P-3C Aircraft. The USN's P-3 CNS/ATM Program is a multiphase program that will provide the P-3 aircraft with the equipment to operate in civil airspace. Due to the fact that this will be a sole source effort, the purpose of this notification is to facilitate subcontracting opportunities only.
