Description

The procurement will be accomplished as a competitive 8(a) procurement pursuant to FAR 19.805. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to fully renovate Building 211, Ft. Belvoir, VA. All work shall be in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local statutes and regulations, including all records, reports, and permits as required. Efforts will include general selective demolition, site work, structural work, mechanical, plumbing and electrical work. The NAICS code is 23332. Small business size is $27.5M. The estimated cost for this acquisition is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Performance time is three hundred sixty-five (365) calendar days after the notice to proceed is issued. The full solicitation and supporting documents will be made available via the National Imagery and Mapping Agency's Vendor Opportunities home page on or about 6 August 02, with a bid opening on or about date of 6 September 02.
