Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 01-06. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541511. This requirement is for support to Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Student Information Management System (SIMS). The services will include research, development, assist with testing, data mapping, assist with the installation and implementation of the COTS product, and evaluation support for all of the SIMS environments (development, test, training, and production). The technical services required are systems engineering; software and hardware implementation; development; configuration management; security; database administration; and, systems administration. The Request for Proposal (RFP)) number is MDA908-02-R-0031.
