- Description
- The INL Bureau is requesting offers for the purchase of a vehicle to be exported to Guatemala. This procurement is a small business set aside. The vehicle required is a sport utility vehicle, 4 wheel drive, can be either automatic or standard transmission, 6 cylinder unleaded gasoline engine, four doors, seating preferred for a minimum of 6 passengers, power steering, power brakes, air conditioning, power locks and windows, CD, AM/FM radio. The SUV should be equal or similar to the Ford Explorer XLS. Need a dark color--not red. Do not want leather seats, third seat nor cruise control. The Government will make an award to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the specifications which are contained herein, and one which is most advantageous to the Government--that which represents Best Value to the Government. All offers which are rated technically sufficient will then be evaluated for cost/price and delivery time ARO. The Government may award to other than the lowest priced offer. This vehicle is urgently required. Total price quoted must be FOB price to Port of Miami, FL. All offers must be received no later than 4:00 PM, EST, on August 1, 2002.
