Description
The INL Bureau is requesting offers for the purchase of a vehicle to be exported to Bogota, Colombia, South America. This procurement is a small business set aside. The vehicle required is equivalent to the special edition Grand Cherokee, model 2002 and is not armored. 4.0L power tech I-6 engine, body color front/rear fascias and cladding, no charge 10-disc CD changer with 6 Infinity speakers, fog lamps, 6-way power adjustable front seats special edition badging mini overhead console, auto headlamps, remote keyless entry, auto-dim rearview mirror, 6 Infinity speakers, security alarm, 4 or 5 speed automatic transmission (offer alternatives), ABS, traction control, front airbags, Optional side impact head curtain airbags front and outboard rear, warranty 3 years/36,000 miles, power windows, keyless remote power locks, power heated mirrors with memory, heated power front leather seats with driver's side memory, fog lights, garage door opener, automatic headlights, roof rails, skid plates on front suspension, transfer case, and fuel tank, cruise control, leather and wood tilting steering wheel with remote stereo controls, power sunroof, fron tow hooks, rain-sensing wipers. The Government will make an award to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the specifications which will be sent upon a telefaxed request by the vendors, and one which is most advantageous to the Government--that which represents Best Value. All offers which are rated technically sufficient will then be evaluated for cost/price and delivery time ARO. The Government may award to other than the lowest priced offer. This vehicle is urgently required. Total prices quoted must be FOB price to Port of Miami, FL. All offers must be received no later than 4:00 PM, EST, on August 1, 2002.
